Joined the rollout phase of Holland & Barrett’s new visual brand identity, implementing designs in test stores: Birmingham (Beauty) and Chelmsford (Large Store). Chelmsford saw a +75% sales increase on day one, with +91% category growth and a higher average transaction price. Birmingham’s store design won silver at the 2020 POPAI Awards, while initial shopper research confirmed improved brand perception and a smoother, more intuitive shopping experience.
